Wayfinding and mapping - Day 1

Before starting this project i decided to do some research and try and get some inspiration.

here is a map of the first floor of blue water shopping centure.

i find these kind of maps very easy to read they are very basic and plain.

i find incredible hard to read very full and eye catching.

 By looking at all these maps i have relsed that it is more effective the more basic the map is and how little detail.Much more easy to read when it has a lot of colour representing different things.
